Techniques for achieving intercultural competence

Descriptiveness,Non judgmentalism and supportiveness all helps you to broden intercultural or cross cultural competence.Ethnocentrism ,the belief in the superiority of one's own race or culture causes to judge people by own values.These ethnocentric reactions can be reduced through knowledge and multicultural sensitivity.
                                            
In global market tolerance has become very significant attitude.Empathy,that means trying to see the world through another 's eye helps to be more tolerant and less judgmental.
                             Multicultural competence in regards to nonverbal behaviour may never be totally attained ,but sensitivity,non judgmentalism and tolerance leads to improving interactions.
